Process for Estimates and Claims Management
Initial Estimate Submission:
- We’ll email you a detailed Scope of Work outlining all line items and providing you with the total cost for the estimate/invoice.
Review Period:
- You’ll have the opportunity to review the Scope, request any changes, and provide feedback. We aim to ensure that the scope meets your needs and expectations before finalizing.
Request Changes:
- If changes are needed, the contractor provides feedback.
- Adjustments are made to the Scope of Work based on contractor input.
Final Approval:
- The revised Scope of Work is sent for final approval.
- Contractors review the updated Scope of Work and approve or request further adjustments
Invoicing:
- Once the estimate/invoice is approved, an invoice is generated based on the final approved amount.
- The invoice reflects the agreed-upon costs and any applicable credits.
Credit Application (if applicable):
- If the estimate/invoice is reduced during negotiations, we will offer a credit on both the estimating and claims management services. The amount of the credit will depend on the final approved estimate/invoice, and will be applied to a future estimate/invoice.
Payment:
- Payment must be made before the final draft and ESX files can be released.
- Payments can be processed via ACH, Zelle, or PayPal.
Ongoing Communication:
- We’ll ensure that all instructions and details are clearly communicated throughout the process to keep everything transparent and straightforward.
- Address any questions or concerns promptly to ensure smooth approvals and billing.
